To illustrate the effect, the sample bowls were first coated with RAL 9005 jet black smooth gloss, then with the colorless silver metallic powder.

Smooth, shiny (visual)
Our Decore colorless powder coatings are for special surfaces. To achieve the most striking effect, we recommend a pre-coating with a dark shade.
Application
Suitable for electrostatic (corona) and tribo processes.

Pretreatment
Grease, oil, scale and oxidation products must be removed from the surface before coating.
Recommendation for outdoor use
The colorless powder coating cannot be used outdoors without a prior top coat of color!
Recommended burn-in time
At 180 °C object temperature 15 min.
Theoretical yield
At 60 μm layer thickness 16 - 20 m²/kg
Optimal layer thickness
- with a double coating 100 - 130 µm
