We can ship most orders placed before 12 noon the same day.

For small to medium-sized orders up to 30 kg, we ship nationally and internationally exclusively with DHL or Deutsche Post, our most reliable partner in our experience. For larger orders over 30 kg, we use different carriers or split the order into two deliveries.

After your order has been shipped, we will send you an automatically generated email containing the DHL or Deutsche Post tracking ID. This link provides information about the shipment status. In rare cases, there may be delays in displaying the status. In these cases, please be patient; the item will usually be delivered within 1-3 business days.

If we have all the items in stock, we will ship the goods the same day. If certain container sizes or powder colors are out of stock, slight shipping delays of 1-2 business days may occur. If it takes longer, we will inform you separately about the status of your order.

Normally, after completing your order, you will automatically receive all further information about the status of your order via email. If you haven't received an email, it may have ended up in your spam folder.

We ship exclusively with DHL for a flat rate of €6.95. Small packages are sent via Deutsche Post as merchandise mail. Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days. Shipping is free for orders over €80.

PACKAGING INFORMATION

How are the powder coatings stored?
The powder coating is filled into an LDPE/PE plastic flat-bottom bag and tightly sealed with a resealable cable tie.
How are the powder coating containers shipped?
How are the powder coating containers shipped?
We use our custom-made cardboard boxes as outer packaging for our 0.5-5 kg powder coating containers. This box features a folding flap for opening and closing the containers. Furthermore, the box for the 2.5-5 kg container size is suitable for direct use with powder guns equipped with a vibrating table. We pack our 250 g mini containers in PE plastic containers and use cardboard boxes as outer packaging for shipping.

All of our packaging is 100% recyclable after use. For the sake of the environment, please ensure proper recycling when disposing of packaging materials to give valuable materials a new lease of life. To keep our emissions as low as possible, we ship in the smallest possible formats.
How are individual or bulk orders packaged?

For individual orders, we also use the outer packaging as shipping packaging. For larger orders, the items are placed in a larger shipping box and padded with recycled filling material.
Shipping costs can only be determined once items are in the shopping cart.
