Powder coating combination "Electric Lime" is a vibrant and eye-catching color inspired by a bright lime green. The powder coat color exudes an energy and freshness that can make the surface eye-catching in any environment. Depending on the light and viewing angle, the color can shimmer and shine from a vibrant yellow-green to a bold emerald green. The powder color conveys a sense of dynamism and promises fun, adventure and a certain lightheartedness. Overall, "Electric Lime" is a bold and daring color choice for those who like to stand out from the crowd and make an individual statement.
The bundle consists of two equal parts: Silver Substratum and the desired color glaze.
Application
Suitable for corona and tribo process. Observe the technical data sheets of the glazes when processing.
Pretreatment
Grease, oil, scale and oxidation products must be removed from the surface before Coating.
Recommendation for exterior use
In addition, you can protect the surface from UV radiation with a clear varnish and thus, if desired, change the gloss level as well as the color effect. We also recommend the prior use of a primer when used outdoors. Please note that a multi-layer system requires a higher performance of the coating equipment, otherwise adhesion problems may occur!
Recommended curing time
The colors must be baked at 180 °C object temperature for approx. 15 - 20 min. each.
