The powder paint touch-up pen has been developed for touching up small defects, hook points (suspension points), light scratches or abrasion points. The touch-up pen is mixed with the powder coating colour to be corrected and then applied to the defect with the help of the brush.
Application
The substrate for the application must be free of rust, oil and dust. The area must be lightly sanded.
To fill the brush bottle, unscrew the cap and pour in a capful of powder coating. Then shake well and wait approx. 2 minutes, then the defective area can be coated with the contents of the brush bottle. The spot must now harden; full hardening takes place after approx. 24 hours, depending on the humidity and temperature of the environment. If used outdoors, the area must be protected from rain until it has cured.
If the opacity of the paint is not yet satisfactory, please add more powder paint. If possible, use the mixed paint within 4 weeks.
Please note: Not suitable for larger painting jobs. Can only be used for single-colour and smooth powder coatings. It is not possible to touch up imperfections in metallic Colours.
