Smooth shine (visual)

Our polyester metallic powder coatings are produced in Europe according to the highest standards and deliver a perfect surface finish in terms of color and flow. Furthermore, the coatings are specifically designed for exterior facade applications. Our metallic powder coatings are manufactured using a bonding process, thus offering the highest metallic effect quality, as well as homogeneous and reproducible surface results.

This sporty gray metallic shade is a dynamic and modern hue reminiscent of fast-flowing steel and modern architecture. The subtle metallic sheen lends the shade an appealing depth and texture, while the light gray lends it a sporty appeal. The color is perfect for pieces that desire an aggressive yet elegant aesthetic. Although sporty, it still has a timeless quality and can be used both in everyday life and as an eye-catcher. This sporty gray metallic shade is ideal for enthusiasts seeking a modern and dynamic look.

Application

When processing metallic powder coatings, the electrostatic (corona) process is recommended; metallic powder coatings must be tested for their suitability for tribo application.

Technical data sheets can be downloaded as PDF files under FAQ.

Please note the processing instructions for metallic powder coatings.

Pretreatment

Grease, oil, scale and oxidation products must be removed from the surface before coating.

For special requirements, additional pretreatment types are required.

Recommendation for outdoor use

If the parts to be coated are intended for outdoor use, we recommend first coating the grease- and solvent-free surface with our primer powder . After baking, the desired RAL color is applied. This so-called two-coat process particularly increases the weather resistance of your workpieces for outdoor use. You can also protect the surface with a clear coat , which, if desired, allows you to adjust the gloss level and color effect.
