Heat-resistant powder coating black-grey based on silicone resin

Fine structure matt (visual)

Our heat-resistant powder coatings are thermosetting powders based on silicone resin. They offer high heat resistance up to temperatures of 560°C. Please strictly adhere to the instructions during application!

Application

The workpieces may only be cleaned mechanically; it is recommended to avoid prior chemical cleaning.

The powder can withstand temperatures of up to 560°C without damage. After longer periods of use, a slight optical change in the paint film is noticeable. To achieve optimal mechanical properties, we recommend a medium
Layer thickness of 40-50 μm. Higher layer thicknesses can lead to embrittlement of the paint film. Our powder is formulated with a special silicone binder, which has only minimal incompatibility with other powder coatings. However, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the booth and guns when changing colors.

Technical data sheets can be downloaded as PDF files under FAQ.

Pretreatment

Grease, oil, scale and oxidation products must be removed from the surface before coating.

Please refer to the technical data sheets.
