Polyester powder coating with fluorescent effect
Smooth gloss (visual)
Polyester powder coatings are produced according to the highest standards in Europe and provide a perfect surface result in gradient and color. Our fluorescent paints contain special color pigments with fluorescent effect, which enables a glowing effect under UV light.
Application
All fluorescent powder coatings are suitable for corona and tribo processes.

Pretreatment
Grease, oil, scale and oxidation products must be removed from the surface before coating.
In case of special requirements, further types of pre-treatment are needed.
Recommendation for exterior use
If the parts to be coated are intended for outdoor use, we recommend coating the grease- and solvent-free surface first with our priming powder to increase corrosion protection.
The luminous inks do not have light and UV stability, this leads to color changes when the surfaces are exposed to direct or indirect sunlight. To counteract this, we recommend our colorless powder coating HWF, with this final top coat you increase the resistance of the paint in outdoor applications.
Recommended curing time
At 180 °C object temperature 15 - 20 min

At 60 μm film thickness 9 - 13 m²/kg
Optimum film thickness
- with a 1-pack coating 60 - 100 µm
- with a 2-ply coating 120 - 160 µm
