Our polyester powder coatings are produced in Europe. The powder delivers a perfect surface result in flow and color.
Application
Suitable for corona and tribo processes.
Pretreatment
Grease, oil, scale and oxidation products must be removed from the surface before coating.
Recommendation for exterior use
If the parts to be coated are intended for outdoor use, we recommend coating the grease- and solvent-free surface first with our primer. After stoving, the desired color is applied. This so-called 2-layer process particularly increases the weather resistance of your workpieces for outdoor use. In addition, you can protect the surface from UV-radiation with a clearcoat powder and thus, if desired, change the gloss level as well as the color effect.
Recommended curing time
At 180 °C object temperature approx. 15 - 20 min.
Theoretical coverage
At 60 μm film thickness 9 - 13 m²/kg
Optimum film thickness
- with a 1-layer coating 60 - 100 µm
- with a 2-layer coating 120 - 160 µm
