Metallic polyester powder coating

Smooth satin finish (visual)

Our polyester metallic powder coatings are produced in Europe according to the highest standards and deliver a perfect surface result in terms of gradient and color.

Pale Gold is a delicate and subtle gold shade that exudes understated elegance. The color combines the warm glow of gold with a pale, almost ivory hue, giving it a soft and calming effect. The Pale Gold shade is ideal for surfaces that require a subtle and understated color. Combined with bolder shades, such as a deep burgundy or a vibrant green, the Pale Gold powder coating can provide a soft and understated contrast. In short, Pale Gold is a subtle and elegant color that adds a subtle touch of luxury to any surface.

The Pale Gold color is reminiscent of an antique gold hue and lends surfaces a very high-quality look. Our colorless powder coatings also allow you to customize the color to your liking. For the perfect shine, try our clear powder coatings ! Need a color sample? Order here!

Application

When processing metallic powder coatings, the electrostatic (corona) process is recommended; metallic powder coatings must be tested for their suitability for tribo application.

Technical data sheets can be downloaded as PDF files under FAQ.

Please note the processing instructions for metallic powder coatings.

Pretreatment

Grease, oil, scale and oxidation products must be removed from the surface before coating.

For special requirements, additional pretreatment types are required.

Recommendation for outdoor use

If the parts to be coated are intended for outdoor use, we recommend first coating the grease- and solvent-free surface with our primer powder . After baking, the desired RAL color is applied. This so-called two-coat process particularly increases the weather resistance of your workpieces for outdoor use. You can also protect the surface with a clear coat , which, if desired, allows you to adjust the gloss level and color effect.
