Polyester powder coatings in facade quality

Smooth glossy 80 GE +/- 10 (60° angle)

The polyester powder coatings, which comply with the RAL color system and have a glossy gloss level, are produced in Europe and deliver perfect surface finishes in terms of flow, edge coverage, opacity, and color. These coatings are specially manufactured for exterior use in facade quality and are Qualicoat and GSB certified. The highest quality for your surfaces!

Instructions for use

RAL powder coatings are suitable for all common application systems. During pretreatment, grease, oil, scale, and oxidation products must be removed from the surface.

Technical data

Recommended curing time: At 180 °C object temperature approx. 15 - 20 min

Theoretical yield : At 60 μm layer thickness 9 - 13 m²/kg

Optimal layer thickness:

- with a single coating 60 - 100 µm

- with a double coating 120 - 160 µm

Recommendation for outdoor use

If the parts to be coated are intended for outdoor use, we recommend first coating the grease- and solvent-free surface with our primer powder . After baking, the desired RAL color is applied. This so-called two-coat process significantly increases the corrosion resistance of your workpieces. Additionally, you can protect the surface from UV radiation with a clear coat , thereby altering the gloss level and color effect, if desired.
