Lime Green Glaze Powder Coating Polyester

Smooth shine (visual)

Do you need a rich, vibrant " candy lime green " or prefer the " lime green illusion "? To achieve the candy effect, you should use a suitable substrate for the glaze. We recommend our chrome-effect powder coating . The color pairs very well with matte black paints. For the glaze-illusion combination, we recommend our Silver Substratum .

The Lime Green glaze powder coating can give your project a unique and vibrant look. Depending on the shade, Lime Green can also evoke associations with nature, freshness, and growth. The transparency of the glaze can help reveal the natural grain and structure of the material to which it is applied.

Lime Green glaze can be used for a variety of applications, including furniture, doors, window frames, and even automotive and motor vehicles. The glaze offers an excellent way to coat these parts in a striking and durable color that also provides a protective layer against weathering, corrosion, and abrasion.

Whether you are looking for a fresh and modern look for your residential or commercial project or want to give your vehicle a unique and vibrant appearance, the Lime Green glaze powder coat can be an excellent choice to add personality and appeal to your project.

Application

Suitable for electrostatic (corona) and tribo processes.

Please note the processing instructions for the glazes. The corresponding technical data sheets can be downloaded as PDF files from the FAQs. A guide for the application of glazes can also be found in the FAQs.

Please note!

The transparent glazes achieve different color results on different substrates. The intensity of the color also depends heavily on the layer thickness! A layer thickness difference of just 20 µm results in a visual color difference. Before applying the paint to your workpiece, you should prepare a sample sheet with the desired powder coating combinations.

Pretreatment

Grease, oil, scale and oxidation products must be removed from the surface before coating.

Recommendation for outdoor use

After the primer and the substrate have been baked, the desired glaze is applied. Glazes can therefore consist of three or four coats (primer + substrate + glaze + clear coat). Please ensure that you check your coating equipment for performance and whether multiple coats are possible.

Since our powder coatings are manufactured to industrial standards, we recommend using our clear coat for outdoor use to provide long-term protection against UV radiation. You can also change the effect to a matte finish, for example, with the colorless powder.

Recommended burn-in time
