Our polyester metallic powder coatings are produced in Europe according to the highest standards and deliver a perfect surface result in terms of gradient and color.
The Silver Sparky shade is a silver metallic shade with less shimmer, giving it a more subdued appearance. Not convinced? Simply order the matching color sample. The paint can also be used as a base for glazes. We always recommend using a clear coat!
Application
When processing metallic powder coatings, the electrostatic (corona) process is recommended; metallic powder coatings must be tested for their suitability for tribo application.

Pretreatment
Grease, oil, scale and oxidation products must be removed from the surface before coating.
For special requirements, additional pretreatment types are required.
Recommendation for outdoor use
If the parts to be coated are intended for outdoor use, we recommend first coating the grease- and solvent-free surface with our primer powder . After baking, the desired RAL color is applied. This so-called two-coat process particularly increases the weather resistance of your workpieces for outdoor use. You can also protect the surface with a clear coat , which, if desired, allows you to adjust the gloss level and color effect.

At 180 °C object temperature 15 - 20 min

Optimal layer thickness
- with a single coating 60 - 100 µm
- with a double coating 120 - 160 µm
